Confirmation of player application and squad selection. Subject to trials/assessments where necessary.

New members: 1x colour ID photo, ID/Passport/Birth Cert copy, SAFA form.

Foreigners: Work permit or visa copy required.

Transfers: SAFA transfer form required.

Training Schedule

From minis to seniors: every level, every week

Off season: no training at the moment

The times below are our usual weekly schedule and will resume for the new season. Follow us or get in touch for the restart date.

Minis · U7–U11 Matches: Saturday mornings Tues & Thurs 17:30 – 19:00
U12 & U14 Matches: Saturday mornings Tues & Thurs 17:30 – 19:00
U16 – U18 Selected Fridays for Premier Mon & Wed 18:00 – 19:30
Seniors · 1st / 2nd / 3rd Plus selected Fridays Mon & Wed 19:15 – 21:15

Open to junior and adult players from Somerset West, Strand, Gordon's Bay, Helderview and the wider Helderberg. New players are always welcome at training.
